How does automatic seat upgrade work?
A benefit for subscribers of a pre-packaged series of six or more concerts. We'll send eligible subscribers a letter this summer to sign up for the automatic seat upgrade benefit. Once you've agreed, we'll begin looking for better seats for you 48 hours before every concert. If there are seats available in the next highest price level from your subscription seats, we'll upgrade you to those seats, at no extra charge, for up to two occasions in the 07-08 season. We'll send you an email notifying you of your upgrade and ask you to exchange your old tickets for your new ones at the Subscriber Services Window (Window 6) at the Avery Fisher Hall Box Office.
